This issue is best read as a narrow but publication-grade opening week rather than a mature drift week. The analytical story of W01 is concentrated deterioration in two cases, with validated weekly pressure doing more interpretive work than the still-initializing drift layer.
Outside the lead case, W01 also produced a publication-grade deterioration case in Iran. The watch layer remained narrow, with two entries and no cooling-off movement, which is consistent with panel-initialization conditions.
