This issue is best read as a selective but still materially important deterioration week. The analytical story of W03 is concentrated in two publication-grade cases: Iran as a sharper repression phase within an ongoing uprising, and Syria as a territorial and governance shift beyond ordinary background continuity.
Outside the lead case, W03 also produced a publication-grade deterioration case in Syria, while the watch layer widened with two new entries and no cooling-off movement.
