This issue is best read as a selective hybrid deterioration week rather than a concentrated one-hotspot issue. Lebanon clearly led, but Ukraine and Iran also crossed the publication threshold on verified week-specific deterioration.
Outside the lead case, W14 still produced two additional publication-grade deterioration cases in Ukraine and Iran. The broader monitoring picture did not add new watch entries, but five countries moved into cooling-off status.
